Norma Jeane or Marilyn Monroe beloved to all of us, was a famous actress and sex symbol. She had leading roles in blockbuster films such as Some Like It Hot, Gentleman Prefer Blondes, How To Marry a Millionaire, and The Seven Year Itch. She was married three times in her life but her two famous husbands were Joe DiMaggio, a baseball player for the New York Yankees and Arthur Miller, a well known playwright. The failure and publicity of the failed marriages along with scandalous rumors and childhood sexual abuse took their toll on Monroe as she struggled with depression and anxiety. Her tragic death at only the age of 36 was morned throughout the world. She will always be a pop icon with millions of fans even now that she is gone. Her fans adore and admire her. Marilyn had a iconic style, a glamorous wardrobe and radiating beauty. Woman try to replicate her quintessential looks and here I am going to go into some of the Marilyn Monroe's classic aesthetic, style and some items no fan should be without.

Speaking of Joe DiMaggio...Marilyn had a rose obsession and Joe showered her with them. He had roses delivered to her even seven years after their marriage. He had an arrangement of a giant heart made out of roses for her funeral. And had fresh roses placed at her gravesite weekly for almost 20 years. One of her favorite perfumes was Floris Geranium and once ordered half a dozen perfume bottles delivered to the Beverly Hills Hotel. They no longer make the perfume but you can still purchase the bubble bath.

Which brings us to possibly the most well known perfume in the world-Chanel No 5. Very glamorous-this was this beauties favorite.
